    Q.4 If I place multiple orders using the same design, do I still have to pay the set-up fee for each order?
    Ans. Yes. Each product has different set-up, even if the design or imprint is the same. They would each have to be printed in separate machines and at different times.
    Q.5 Can I place an order with items of assorted colors?
    Ans. Unfortunately, this is not an option, as this may create problems in the production area.
    Q.6 What is the total cost of my order?
    Ans. The shopping cart will give you the total cost, including the shipping charge.
    Q.7 Do you offer price matching?
    Ans. Yes. We offer 110% total price guarantee. You are not dealing with a middle-man; we are the factory. Competitors charge extra shipping, and do not offer delivery dates when on orders.
    Q.8 I want to place the order but I am unsure what my design will look like?
    Ans. Just tell us what you want and be sure to request a ‘proof’. We will send you the proof for your approval, and production will not commence until after you have approved the proof. You will not receive a proof if you do not request one on the order form. If your design is very simple a proof may not be necessary.     Ans. Over 99% of all the orders that we process are shipped on time The shopping cart will give you the total cost, including the shipping charge.

    *On a 144-piece order (or greater quantity) with less than 10% breakage, the cost of the broken items will promptly be refunded.

    *Breakage on orders with less than 144 pieces will promptly be refunded, regardless of the quantity of breakage. We will be unable to replace these items.
