I want to write and say what a nice, and helpful saleman Keith has been for me. I had a bit of a trouble with my order and even though my order was very small compared to other, Keith helped get it straightened out (still working on part of my order but hopefully we will get it worked out also). Keith never got short with me and was very understanding with my situation. If I had to leave a message, he has always called me back right away. I also want to say that its great to talk to salesman who speaks english!
You should be proud of this man to have him working for you.

I waited until the last possible minute to order the shot glasses and thanks to Alan I was able to get what I want and exactly when I needed it. Alan was so helpful and understanding - I was totally confused or confusing as the case actually was - Alan's patience and assistance while processing the order help me get exactly what I wanted. The shot glasses are perfect. With your companies website the tracking of my order was totally simple and clear. A quick mention - the packaging or my order was great double boxed and packaging in between, companies usually do not take the time or want the expense.

Hi, thanks for living up to your promise -- in fact, you went beyond. The pens were promised by June 20 (which was cutting it right to the day we needed them). However, when I called, Betsey checked and said pens were on the way and gave me a web site to watch progress. They arrived on Friday, June 15 -- way to go!!! Big relief!!! The president of our Friends of the Library is pleased and so am I since we have a lovely gift for our volunteers. I'm glad I checked out your site and just wanted you to know how satisfied we are.
