Just to try them out we ordered 25 mugs, and they arrived on time and looked way better than we expected. So our hotel have ordered more and in different designs. They arrived safe and on time. Reached company online. Only contact I saw was a response form which I completed. But, there was no order number, payment, etc. Starting with a chat, I got an efficient account rep, Madonna Reyes, who did a great job fulfilling my order. They already had a design I made on their site and attached to the response form which Madonna found and expedited. Great company!
