To qualify for a price match, the item must be identical or directly comparable to what we offer. This includes the same or comparable product type, size, material, imprint method, imprint location, quantity, setup charges, shipping, and production requirements.

The competing offer must come from a verifiable retail business that regularly sells promotional products or comparable customized merchandise directly to customers. The competitor must have a legitimate retail website, publicly available business information, and pricing or quote details we can independently verify.

A valid request must include either a written quote dated within 15 days of the request or a current published price from the competitor’s website at the time of the request. The quote or published price must clearly show product details, quantity, imprint method, setup charges, shipping charges, and total price.

We may use public business records, company websites, D&B/D-U-N-S information, business registration records, published pricing, or other reasonable sources to verify a competitor.

Please note, price matching cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, promotions, rebates, unpublished pricing, membership-only pricing, liquidation pricing, auction pricing, marketplace seller pricing, typographical errors, or pricing that cannot be verified.

DiscountMugs.com and its parent company reserve the right to refuse any price match request that is below reasonable market value, from an unverified or non-retail source, or not based on a true comparable offer.

In some cases, we may ask for additional verification to confirm product details, competitor eligibility, quote accuracy, shipping charges, setup fees, imprint requirements, or whether the offer is from a verifiable retail business.

If additional review is required, we’ll keep you updated and let you know what information is needed. Our goal is to make the process clear, fair, and as quick as possible.

Price match offers generally cannot be combined with additional promotions, coupons, rebates, special offers, bulk discounts, or other unpublished pricing.

This is because when we approve a price match, we are matching a verified competitive offer and adding an extra 10% off to the matched price. Because of that, additional discounts typically do not apply.
