On each product page, there is a Price Estimator. Just access the product details page of the product you want, and enter your desired production method, production time (how quickly it needs to be printed), printing colors, print position, state, and shipping method (how quickly you need it shipped) and an estimated price of your order will appear.
The imprint color is the color that will be used to print your artwork/design. If more than one color is used in your artwork, click "Add Another Print Color" to add additional colors to your design. For full color prints, you may select the "CMYK" or "Full Color" production method when available. We can also alter your own logos to simplify the number of colors in a print, or print in one color.
If you do not have your own graphic you wish to upload, we offer a wide selection of fonts and clip arts to choose from for your design. Use of our predesigned images is free of charge. We offer a variety of images for occasions, popular customizations, and more. You can also have these clipart items changed to fit your needs (like customizing a wedding one with your names and dates) as well.
If you need to make any changes, please contact our customer service or art dept. as soon as possible. (1-800-579-7152) No changes can be made to an order once the proof has been approved and the production process has begun.
While placing your order, you will be prompted to enter a desired production time (how quickly you need the products printed) and a desired shipping method (how quickly you need them shipped to you after printing). If there are no artwork delays on your order, the estimated delivery date offered by the website will provide you with a realistic timeframe for the delivery of your order. In most cases, it takes roughly 7-10 business days to have your products perfected and printed, then shipped.
On most of our items you will find a link to our D-Lab design software, where you can view your artwork on the item before placing your order. Once your order has been submitted and paid for, the art department will take your submitted design and prepare a proof, which will be submitted for your approval via email within 24 hours of the order being placed.
It is preferred that your artwork is ready at the time that you order. However, you may upload your artwork after you have ordered as well. If you upload your artwork after you order, your order will be delayed until your artwork has been received. You can submit your artwork here
If you would like to print a multi-logo color logo in just one color, we can alter your design to the color of your choice.
Yes, if you tell us how you would like your artwork changed, our art dept. can work with you on perfecting your logo or design. Our team of expert graphic designers works closely with customers to ensure that they get exactly what they want printed on their products.
We accept illustrator .eps, ai, .ps, pdf, photoshop .psd 300 resolution, high quality jpeg 300, tif 300 resolution, gif 300 resolution, or freehand 10. If you have a different format, please contact our art department at firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask that you have your art already vectorized and your fonts flattened if possible.
Our art dept and production team work closely with our customers to achieve the best quality color matching possible. Please be aware the color of the item can cause the color of the print to vary, and we cannot guarantee a 100% match in color.
